1. Creating a Sheet

Click + Create at the top of the Sheets dashboard. You can start from:
  • Blank Sheet – A fresh sheet with default settings.
  • Shopify Template – Preloaded with Shopify-compatible fields.
  • Upload CSV – Import your own data file to generate a sheet.
  • Use Pinned Sheet – Clone the structure from a previously pinned sheet.
Give your sheet a name and click Create Sheet to get started.

2. Pinning or Duplicating a Sheet

From the sheet list:
  • Click the ••• menu on any sheet.
  • Choose Pin to mark it for reuse in the future.
  • Use Duplicate to make an exact copy, including attributes.
Pinned sheets are especially useful for maintaining consistent structure across projects.

3. How Sheets Work

Each sheet is a self-contained workspace that includes:
  • A list of products (rows)
  • A customizable set of attributes (columns)
  • Web search and enrichment settings
  • Validation rules
  • Price report configuration
Sheets do not share data or configurations with each other, allowing you to run multiple projects independently.

4. Organizing with Folders

Keep your sheets organized using folders:
  1. Click the ••• menu on any sheet
  2. Select Move to Folder
  3. Choose an existing folder or create a new one
Folders appear in the left sidebar of the Sheets dashboard, allowing you to filter and navigate your sheets by project or category.

5. Sheet Settings

Access sheet-level settings by clicking the ⚙️ Settings button in the sheet toolbar:
SettingDescription
Input Name DisplayCustomize the label for the product name column
Web SearchConfigure search queries and site filters
Validation RulesSet up data quality checks
Price ReportsConfigure competitor price monitoring
Sheet settings override organization defaults, giving you fine-grained control per project.

6. Renaming and Deleting Sheets

From the ••• menu on any sheet:
  • Rename: Change the sheet name
  • Archive: Hide the sheet without deleting data
  • Delete: Permanently remove the sheet and all its products
Deleting a sheet permanently removes all products and cannot be undone. Use Archive if you might need the data later.
