The product grid is the primary interface for working with your products. It displays your products as rows and attributes as columns, similar to a spreadsheet.
Navigating the Grid
- Scroll horizontally to view all attribute columns
- Scroll vertically to view more products
- Click a row to select it for bulk actions
- Click a cell to view or edit its value
- Click a product name to open the detail view

Filtering and Search
Quick Filter
Use the search box in the toolbar to quickly filter products by text:
- Type in the Search field
- Products are filtered instantly across all visible columns
- Clear the search to show all products again
Quick filter searches across all text columns. For more targeted filtering, use column filters.
Column Filters
Click the filter icon in any column header to filter by specific values:
- Text columns: Filter by contains, equals, starts with, etc.
- Dropdown columns: Select specific values to show
- Status column: Filter by enrichment status (DRAFT, READY, ERROR, etc.)
Column Management
Show/Hide Columns
Not all attributes need to be visible at once. To manage column visibility:
- Right-click on any column header
- Select Column Visibility
- Check/uncheck columns to show or hide them
Or use the Columns dropdown in the toolbar to toggle column visibility.
Reorder Columns
Drag column headers left or right to reorder them. Your column order is saved automatically.
Resize Columns
Drag the edge of a column header to resize it. Double-click the edge to auto-fit the column width to its content.
Quick Column Actions
The toolbar provides quick column toggles:
- Hide Empty Columns: Temporarily hide columns with no data
- Show All Columns: Restore all hidden columns
Working with Cells
Cell States
Cells display different visual states:

| Empty | Blank | No value set |
| Enriched | Light background highlight | Value was filled by enrichment |
| Manual | Normal | Value was entered manually |
| Error | Red indicator | Enrichment failed for this cell |
Editing Cells
- Double-click a cell to edit it inline
- Make your changes
- Press Enter to save or Esc to cancel
For complex values (like images or lists), click the cell to open an expanded editor.
Right-click on a cell to access additional options:
- Copy – Copy the cell value
- Paste – Paste into the cell
- Enrich Cell – Re-run enrichment for this specific cell
- Clear Value – Remove the cell’s value
- AI Generate Images – Generate AI images (for image cells)
Bulk Actions
Selecting Multiple Products
- Click checkboxes to select individual products
- Shift + Click to select a range
- Header checkbox to select all visible products
Available Bulk Actions
With products selected, the toolbar shows available actions:

Status Indicators
Row Status
Each row shows a status badge indicating its enrichment state:
- DRAFT (gray) – Not yet enriched
- QUEUED (blue) – Waiting for processing
- PROCESSING (yellow) – Currently being enriched
- READY (green) – Enrichment complete
- ERROR (red) – Enrichment failed
Progress Tracking
The toolbar shows a summary of your sheet’s enrichment progress:
- Total products
- Products by status
Large Datasets
The grid is optimized for large datasets:
- Virtual scrolling loads only visible rows for smooth performance
- Pagination handles sheets with 50,000+ products
- Use Load More to fetch additional products if needed
For very large sheets, consider using tabs to organize products into smaller, focused groups.
