Step 1: Create a Sheet
A sheet is your workspace for organizing and enriching products. Each sheet contains a list of products (rows) and customizable attributes (columns). Click + Create in the top-right corner of the Sheets dashboard to open the Create Sheet modal. Choose how to start:| Option | Best for |
|---|---|
| Blank Sheet | Starting fresh with no predefined attributes |
| Shopify Template | E-commerce products with Shopify-compatible fields |
| Generate from Template | Uploading a CSV and auto-generating attributes from headers |
| Use Existing Template | Copying the attribute structure from a pinned sheet |
Step 2: Add Products
Once your sheet is created, you need products to enrich. There are two ways to add them:Upload a CSV
- Click Upload in the toolbar
- Drag and drop your CSV file (max 10MB)
- Review and confirm the column mapping
- Click Upload to import your products
Columns are automatically mapped to your attributes. Double-check the mappings before finalizing—unmapped columns are stored as raw input for AI enrichment, but dropped columns are excluded entirely.
Add Products Manually
Click + Add Row in the toolbar to add products one at a time. Enter the product name and any known data.Step 3: Run Enrichment
Enrichment is the core of Anglera—it automatically fills in missing product data using web search and AI.- Select products using the checkboxes in the grid (or select all)
- Click the Enrich button in the toolbar
- Review the confirmation modal and click Enrich to start
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| DRAFT | Not yet enriched |
| QUEUED | Waiting to be processed |
| PROCESSING | Currently being enriched |
| READY | Enrichment complete |
| NOT FOUND | No results found online for this product |
Enrichment runs in the background. You can continue working or close the browser—your products will still be processed.
Step 4: Review Results
Once enrichment completes, your products will show READY status. Click on any product row to open the detail view and review the enriched data.- Enriched values are highlighted in the grid
- Citations show where data was sourced from
- Edit inline to make corrections
Step 5: Export Your Data
When you’re satisfied with your enriched data:- Select products to export (or select all)
- Click Export in the toolbar
- Choose your format:
- Products (CSV) – Standard CSV format
- Excel (XLSX) – Excel spreadsheet
- Images (ZIP) – All product images in a zip file
