Presets and workflows help you standardize and automate your enrichment process. Presets save web search configurations for reuse, while workflows chain multiple presets into multi-step enrichment sequences.

Presets

A preset is a saved web search configuration. Instead of manually configuring search settings each time, you can save your settings as a preset and quickly apply them later.

Creating a Preset

Presets are created from the Web Search Settings drawer in any sheet:
  1. Open Web Search Settings (⚙️ icon in the sheet toolbar)
  2. Configure your search settings:
    • Search query (which attributes to include)
    • Site filters (include/exclude domains)
    • Location settings
  3. Click Save as Preset
  4. Enter a name and save

Using a Preset

In Web Search Settings, use the dropdown at the top to select:
  • Manual – Configure settings directly
  • Preset – Load a saved preset’s settings
  • Workflow – Use a multi-step workflow
When you select a preset, its settings are loaded into the form. You can then run enrichment with those settings.

Preset Use Cases

Preset NameConfigurationPurpose
Manufacturer SitesInclude only manufacturer domainsGet official specifications
Competitor ScanExclude your own domainFind competitor pricing
Broad SearchNo site filtersMaximum coverage

Workflows

A workflow chains multiple presets into a sequence of enrichment steps. This is useful when you want to run multiple passes with different search strategies.

Creating a Workflow

Workflows are built in the dedicated Workflows page:
  1. Navigate to Workflows from the main navigation
  2. Click + Create Workflow
  3. Enter a workflow name
  4. Add steps by clicking + Add Step
  5. For each step, select:
    • A saved preset
    • Current Settings (use whatever is configured on the sheet)
    • Skip Web Search (AI-only, no web search)
  6. Arrange steps in order
  7. Click Save

Example Workflow

A typical multi-step workflow:
  1. Manufacturer Sites – First, get official specs from manufacturer sites
  2. Broad Search – Then, fill gaps with general web search
  3. Skip Web Search – Finally, let AI synthesize all gathered data

Using a Workflow

To use a workflow on a sheet:
  1. Open Web Search Settings in your sheet
  2. In the configuration dropdown, select your workflow under Workflows
  3. A preview shows the workflow steps
  4. Run enrichment—each step executes in sequence
When a workflow is selected, manual settings are hidden since the workflow controls the configuration for each step.
